Southern California has had lots of rainfall this year.  Seemed like the Vipers

hardly made it out the first 2 months of the year.  Upside with all the rain is that

the California Poppies were in full bloom.  A huge THANK YOU goes out to club

members Eddie and Michelle for putting this event together.  It was a huge success

and a great time for all.

7 of us met up in the OC and headed for a series of meet points.

This was the only time I was ahead of the pack.

We had 25 Vipers for the run.  

Eddie gave us a great little history of the  Canyon roads that we would cruise on today. 

He was very thorough in putting this run together.  His route directions were very detailed

and measure out to the tenth of a mile.......Excellent !   (now if I would have learned how to

read, drive, take pictures and change the cd for the girls, we probably wouldn't have gotten lost !

The roads and scenery were awesome.

Eddie had prime parking set up for us.

The Vipers in the parking lot drew just as much attention as the Poppies

Thank You Reinsma family for a great day spent with our Viper family !

On our drive back home, we detoured to visit Art at Cookie Munch

for incredible gourmet ice cream sandwiches !!   They sure hit the spot !
