The So Cal Viper Club booked a day at the Photo Studio to take glamour shots of our cars.
When they photograph cars for magazine covers, this is where they come to do it.
Luckily we have a Professional Photographer in our club. Scott Hirko was more than gracious
to volunteer and donate his time to take pictures for us. It was a full day of non stop pictures.
The results were out of this world.
We got there 2 hours before the first scheduled car to get things set up and test shots done.
The light box was lowered to get all the lighting control modules fired up.
We spent a bunch of time trying to get the perfect angle for the lighting and shots.
Once the car was in and set, Scott went to work and here are just a few of the images he captured.
With all the test shots done (on his new car), we set Craig's beautiful winged Blue/Silver Coupe in the light
Dolly was waiting for her turn to get in the shot.
Here are a few of Scott's shots.
All the pictures taken were transferred to a flash drive and given to each member.
Next up was Mike and Cheryl's Copperhead
Scott's shots............
While we were busy inside the studio, the other's were busy cleaning and detailing outside
Great job Matthew !!!!
Back inside we had Ben's 69 camaro under the light
Scott's shot.......
Next up was Cuz Mike's Copperhead. Looks like Matthew's hard work was perfect.
Absolutely beautiful.
Paul's RT really loved being under the light and in front of the camera.....unlike Paul who
HATES my camera : )
Paul Hawker's flat black center band was really cool and the lighting worked really.
Stunning !
Brand new club members Jason and Sarah came out to check out the Photo Shoot and
decided to join in the fun.
Jason was worried that his car wasn't clean enough, but as you can see, it looks absolutely perfect.
Randy's ACR is used to this routine as it is probably one of the most photographed cars around.
She's a natural.
Angel cleaned up his 1/50 VCA special edition viper
Sweeeeeet !
Bruce came out with his sinister vert and got some great family shots.
Jessica posing with her future car !
It was a smooth and fun event and everyone went home with some great shots.
Again, the club owes Scott Hirko a huge THANK YOU for all his work today.
It is greatly appreciated.
