San Diego is always so much fun to drive and the Club has a lot of great members down there.

I started out in the Club driving with them and to this day, it is still one of my favorite areas to drive.

Richard put together a great route which took us from Carlsbad all the way to Temecula on roads  I

never knew existed.  Weather was really nice and that brought out the Vipers.....31 of them !  We

also invited the Corvette Club to join us and 14 came out for some fun.  

It was quite a sight seeing the LOOOONG line of Vipers and Vettes pulling out of the Carlsbad

Outlet Center and heading east on Palomar Airport Road.  You can imagine all the attention we got !

A small group of our friends from the Palm Springs Corvette Club made the long drive out to play

with us as well.

Richard headed up the driver's meeting with some humor, explaining to our large group that we

had 2 reservations for lunch.  11:00 for the Vipers and 12:00 for the slower Corvettes !  :)

It was all in fun and we all had a great time together.

We really had a great time driving, hanging out and visiting with everyone.

With so many cars and people, it was hard to find time to take pictures and I missed a ton of them,

but at least I got to visit with almost everyone which was really fun for me.
