It was a beautiful Sunday morning and wide open freeways for Ted and I to cruise from HB to

La Canada.   Gary and Melissa set up a very cool event for the Club and we were looking forward

to seeing everyone.

We met up with everyone at The Dish for a great breakfast.

Welcome back Yosi and Mickey.

A really cool Lucra

We checked in and then headed out to check out the cars

This 1941 Futurliner was my favorite.

This was the very first Batmobile

V12 power !!

Look for Raj and Scott on the next commercial for the College

This Panamera was heavily modified for camera work with a 1000 lb camera boom on top of it

Jay Leno was walking around the show.  He drove in with the only privately owned turbine powered

Chrysler.  The only other one I know of is at the Chrysler museum in Detroit.

After checking out the cars on the lawn, we toured the College classrooms.  Here is their wood shop.

Students working on some sculptures

Some of the sketches in the design room

Daniel and Demoe found a great spot to check out the sketches.

Building up the clay model

This student was finalizing his sketch and then transferring it to a clay model.

It was really interesting to go through and see all the different rooms and how ideas go on

to sketches and then into 3d models.   These young designers were showing off their talents

and the future is looking really awesome in terms of future designs and functionality.   Very exciting

to see.   Best of all was spending the day with the Viper guys.
