Back in 2008, I was invited to take my 2002 Viper GTS to Willow springs for an episode of

Torque Tv.  (scroll down on the left menu pane to Torque TV to see those pictures).

My GTS went head to head with a Daytona coupe which was owned by Doug Campbell.

We became friends and he over the years kept inviting me over to Hillbank Motors where

he now works.  I finally had a weekend open that worked with his schedule, so I asked if

I could bring some friends.

Gary set up breakfast at a great restaurant that we have eaten at before.  It didn't take much

effort to get 15 Vipers to chime in and show up with just a weeks notice.

The Black Marlin is located in Old Tustin and they have incredible breakfasts.

Everyone enjoyed relaxing and eating on a beautiful Sat morning.

From there, we took a short drive over to Hillbank Motors in Irvine

Angel and Azi

Doug telling everyone a little bit about Hillbank and some history on some of the cool cars

they had inside.

They had pastries, cookies and drinks waiting for us too !!

This aluminum Cobra belonged to the late Paul Walker

Brent, Michelle, Eddie and Jay

Rev was in heaven

Keith brought his oldest grandson Connor along

Randy was definitely pumped !

Great to see Yoko and Mike and even more happy to see that he is recovering well.

We all wish him the best as he battles the dreaded cancer.

It was so nice to see Jeff and Jen too.  Jen seemed to be really happy around all the horsepower

as opposed to being in a jet flying back and forth across the country.

Peter was having trouble picking out his favorite color

Randy with his friend and owner of Hillbank Motors, Lance Stander.  What a great story and

success he has become working with something he is so passionate about.

Thanks again to my buddy Doug for setting this up for us !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
