Clear blue skies and sunshine made for a great day to cruise the Vipers out to the Calico Ghost Town.

Back in 1881, Calico opened up as a mining town until it was abandoned in 1907.  The population grew to

1200 people at its peak and produced $86 million in silver and $45 million in borax.
