The So Cal Viper Club went to the USS Iowa for a private tour of this historic Battleship

The Vipers got special permission to park alongside this great Battleship for a great photo.

If you have never been to visit the USS Iowa, it is definitely a great place to visit and learn about its amazing

capabilities and rich American history.

We ended our tour in the mess hall where we had food waiting for us.   We also had a bunch of

Veterans come join us for lunch.

It was great to sit and visit with them, hear their great stories of the past and give them our

gratitude for all they have done

This was a really fun day spent with our great members onboard an amazing piece of our American

History and sharing with our awesome Veterans.   We collected almost $1000.00 in donations from

our generous club members and the money has been donated to the USS Iowa Veteran's fund.
