A huge Thank you to Dan Cragin at Specialty Performance Team for sponsoring this event at the Lions Automobilia Museum

Mr. Rick Lorenzen has created an amazing experience for each person that walks through the doors of this 100,000 + sq/ft

work of art.  His collection of cars, memorabilia, and history wrapped around every square inch inside the museum is

truly a tribute to the past and shows his love and passion for automobile history from an iconic time period.

As the Vipers started arriving, we were ushered into their entrance parking lot.

We were so pleased to have these living legends join us for the day.  Paul Schley, Bill Bagshaw, Mark Schley and John Morton

Paul and Mark Schley are revered around the world for their record setting Lightening Bug which was the first VW Bug to run a 10 second quarter mile

Bill Bagshaw is a NHRA Hall of Famer that won his class at the last race at the Lions Drag Strip on 12/2/72

John Morton worked for Carrol Shelby, was a team driver with Ken Miles, is a 9 time LeMans driver AND drove the Viper for

Team Oreca in 1997 along with Justin Bell and Pierre Yver

Paul, Bill, Carol, Sylvia, Tom and John

Lana Chrisman is the Executive Director of the Lions and was absolutely spectacular.  She comes from a great racing family

and went out of her way to make our visit a VIP exeperience.

The speed shop inside is an actual working shop which does the restoration and maintenance on the cars

Tony taking a walk down Main Street.  The collection of memorabilia to recreate this was amazing.
